Previously, membership of shops was required to receive digital receipts in Kivra. Now it is enough to use your connected debit card. This will make the customer experience even smoother. Receipts are saved automatically, with no risk of being lost in back pockets, jacket pockets or washing machines.
It should come as no surprise that Brödernas is the first restaurant company in Sweden to offer digital receipts. They have a habit of looking ahead. The company was started by brothers Joakim and Jonas Wiklander, who have gone from start-ups to running over 80 restaurants in Sweden.
When the decision was made to offer digital receipts, the customer experience was at the centre:
- We are incredibly proud to be the first in the industry as a restaurant business to join Kivra. This way we don't waste on receipt printing and give added value to our guests who can easily save their receipts digitally, says Alexander Hällzon, Deputy Marketing Manager at Brödernas.
The company that has made it possible to offer digital receipts is Caspeco, which is one of the country's leading business systems for the hospitality industry. The solutions cover the entire chain from staffing, booking and payment to powerful analytical tools.
By integrating their POS system with Kivra, they will be able to offer a paperless shopping experience to a wide range of businesses in the industry, such as cafes, hotels and venues. This is positive news for anyone who likes to get their receipts digitally.
- From AI forecasting to digital receipts, we always strive to be the first with the best technology. We are thrilled that our customers can finally offer digital receipts to contribute to a better environment," says Markus Ganev, Sales and Marketing Director at Caspeco.
