5 million Swedes have Kivra today. They can now get their receipt digitally the next time they visit one of the Brothers' restaurants or one of Caspeco's customers who have joined Kivra via the POS. 

Previously, membership of shops was required to receive digital receipts in Kivra. Now it is enough to use your connected debit card. This will make the customer experience even smoother. Receipts are saved automatically, with no risk of being lost in back pockets, jacket pockets or washing machines.

The brothers - first in the restaurant business

It should come as no surprise that Brödernas is the first restaurant company in Sweden to offer digital receipts. They have a habit of looking ahead. The company was started by brothers Joakim and Jonas Wiklander, who have gone from start-ups to running over 80 restaurants in Sweden. 

When the decision was made to offer digital receipts, the customer experience was at the centre:
