We make sure you work right

We always hold a thorough training session for every new customer, in most cases on-site, but sometimes remote training via the web works best. We simply want to ensure that you get the most out of our solutions quickly.

Easy to get started

We tailor each training course to the needs of the customer. Staff who will be working with schedules receive training in scheduling, while payroll staff receive more extensive training. The same goes for those in charge of POS or booking. In most cases, we also hold a follow-up training session after a few months for a deeper understanding of the programme.

Not just a system provider, we start up together

The first time you, as a new customer, have to do your payroll in Caspeco, we do it together with you. We go through all the employees, one by one, so that together we make sure it is correct. The same goes for item registers, table charts, analysis tools and the like.
